About the Event

Relax • Release • Engage

We warmly invite you to join us in this beautiful, intentional energetic container for this musically meditative sensory experience that will engage all five senses.

You will be guided through a relaxing yin yoga sequence led by Lisa that will involve prolonged periods of stillness to support your experience of surrendering to a sensory awakening that melts away residual tension and stress carried in the physical and energetic body. While resting deeply into each pose, you will be accompanied by the beautiful acoustic musings of Caity while simultaneously receiving Reiki, aromatherapy, and crystal healing by Sasha; so that you can fully enjoy the journey behind the eyelids as you sink deeper into your inner universe. 

Refreshing handcrafted mocktails and hot tea will also be available. Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters will be available in limited quantities. Please feel free to bring your own if you so choose.

Lisa Gallagher Bio

Lisa Gallagher, a 200-hour training certified yoga teacher, brings almost a decade of teaching experience to the mat today. Through her own personal practice and exploration, Lisa became passionate about yin yoga and obtained an additional 30-hour training in this field. Yin yoga’s slow, long-held poses target the deepest tissues, aiding in lengthening the connective tissues, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and boosting circulation.”

Caity Gallagher Bio

Caity Gallagher is a folk singer-songwriter based in the Capital Region. She maintains a strong belief that music can aid in exploring and processing emotions and that there is an energetic exchange that takes place when performing live. Caity elevates melodic, lyrical, and emotional expression in her music, with each song aiming to map the endless meandering paths of the human experience. Within this event, Caity hopes to utilize her music to aid in a relaxing and stress-reducing environment, synchronized with yin yoga poses.
